Cheryl + Danesh's Hindu Ceremony!
I love photographing Hindu weddings - the colour, the drumming, the special aspects of the ceremony - it is all so beautiful! When Cheryl + Danesh contacted me about photographing their wild double ceremony wedding, I was totally game! Had I ever photographed a Hindu and Christian ceremony for a bridal couple before? Yes, last summer in Trinidad. Had I ever done both ceremonies in one day before? Nope!
The ceremonies took place at Cheryl's parents' property just North of Ajax. It was an absolutely gorgeous day which began with the Barat, followed by lunch for the guests, portrait taking for us and then the Hindu ceremony. Here are some of my favourite images from the part of the day!
