Fabulous Fifty

At my most recent Boudoir Marathon I photographed a woman who just turned fifty. I thought that it was such a wonderful idea to pamper oneself with a session like this at such a great age!

After the session, she wrote me this wonderful thank you note:

Hi Jessica, I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed my session last week. I've always wanted an ultra sexy photograph of myself. But let's face it some of us are a bit shy, we may not have "perfect model" bodies or faces. I'm not a young bride in her 20's but a mature woman who has been living life to the max. I've often thought about having a boudoir photography session but hesitated because let's face it getting semi-naked in front of strangers and baring it all was a bit daunting. Besides gravity lately has not been my best friend.

Jessica you and your team were absolutely fantastic, you made me feel very secure and safe and somehow worked your magic on my confidence levels. Before I knew it I was strutting around and posing and major surprise here - having a great time, laughing and hamming it up in front of the camera. All the while dressed in various Victoria Secret outfits I had bought. I never would have believed I could do this. The end results are photographs of myself that I couldn't believe were me. Wow I look great. I'm telling my friends - If you have ever dreamed of having a session done - DO IT - call Jessica - she'll help you make your dream come true. And remember, you don't have to be a bride, I'm going to make a note in my calender to have another session - for my 55th birthday.
